Pizza Muffins (pg.85)

What You Need:

1 Package J.B. Dough Classic White Bread Mix

3/4 cup tomato sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

2 tablespoons finely sliced black olives

12 slices pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare bread mix following J.B. Dough package instructions. Set your machine on the dough mode or the manual setting.
Remove dough from bread machine. Divide dough into 12 portions. Pat each portion into a circle; press into greased muffin cup. Spoon mixture of tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic salt into each muffin cup. Top with green onions, black olives and pepperoni. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
