Question: How do I clean my bread machine?
Answer: Make clean-up easier by spraying the kneading paddle (not the bucket) of your machine with nonstick spray coating before adding ingredients.  Be sure to soak the paddle and the pan in hot soapy water immediately after removing the baked bread,  Always store the paddle back in position in your bucket to avoid losing it.

Question: What's the best path for creating great bread?
Answer: Ingredients should be added to the machine according to the specific directions given in the owner's manual of your bread machine.  We choose to add liquid ingredients first, then dry with yeast being the last.

Question: How can I store my finished bread?
Answer: To store baked bread, cool it completely.  You can leave it on the counter for hours, after you slice it and before storing, put it in a paper bag or plastic if preferred.  You can store it for up to 3 days or 3 months in the freezer.
Question: What can I do with the ingredients for making my bread?
Answer: All ingredients should be at room temperature.  You can freeze the unopened package of mix in the freezer for up to 2 years, just remember to bring it up to room temperature when using.
Question: How do I know when my bread is done, if I use a conventional oven?
Answer:

To test to see if bread is done, you can wet your finger and tap it in the center of the pan, if it sizzles, it's done.  If not just place bread back in oven for and additional 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself!
